Shipping & Returns

Shipping is calculated on a per order basis. Our products are so diverse in size, weight, and shape that it would be impossible to automatically calculate shipping. After you have gone through the payment process, you will be contacted by email to be informed of the cost of shipping your order. If you want your order shipped faster than standard ground shipping, please say so in the add comments about your order section during the checkout process. If you are paying by paypal, you will be sent a separate bill, through paypal, for the shipping costs. If you are paying by credit card, your card will not be charged until shipping has been calculated, added to your order total, and you have been contacted with the new total. If paying by check or money order, please wait until you are emailed your order total with shipping included to send your payment. Most orders take 7-10 business days to process and ship. If your needs are more urgent, please email gadget@evilusions.com before placing your order to make sure we can accommodate your needs. We will always do everything we can to help. Returns are only accepted after contacting us, and are done on an individual basis. Not to say that if your not satisfied we wont refund you money, we just prefer to handle such things case to case.
