This is an actor operated puppet made in the shape of a rather horrifying Clown and painted in uv receptive apint… It comes with a ruffle and hat… which are brightly colored and cheerful… so… yeah, kinda terrifying. Let us know if you have a preference on paint colors, and keep in mind that UV colors are more limited than regular colors.
